PREPARE FOR DUST
To control sheetrock and plaster dust as much as possible, make sure the contractor uses plastic room dividers, plastic carpet covers, drop cloths, shoe covers, and vacuums. If a kitchen remodel is being performed, set up a temporary kitchen in another area outfitted with all the necessary appliances.
